The XML::Compile suite started off ten years ago, as alternative for SOAP::Lite. It's time for a evaluation: what's good and bad in XML, SOAP, and this set of modules?

The focus of this talk is on the kind of problems people bump into when using "business quality XML/SOAP". It's a history lesson on maintaining large projects, as well. I will not show much code.
