I found there's sometimes misconceptions or unfamiliarity with perl on Windows.

In this short talk I'll discuss the state of your favorite dynamic language on Windows. Also I'll show how you can easily test your modules or perl code on Windows, even if you're using Linux or OS X on your laptop.
