Sometime mid-2008, masak discovered how easy and convenient it is to submit bug reports to the rt.perl.org bugtracker. He started submitting as many bug reports as he could to the Rakudo project... and hasn't really stopped since.

In this talk, he shares things he's learned from submitting bug reports daily for two and a half years. What's the essence of a bug report? How do you submit 1200 bug reports without incurring repetitive strain injury? What is a ticket queue, really? How does lying make a bug report better? Which is a more effective motivator, an earnest wish to improve software, or a corrupted desire to break it?
